AWAC is designed as an approximately 86,000-square-foot, year-round destination serving every stage of life. Planned amenities include:

• Indoor aquatics, including swimming, a splash pad, and a resistance pool.
• Fitness and wellness facilities.
• A gymnasium with high-school-regulation basketball courts (convertible to volleyball and pickleball).
• Indoor turf space for youth and adult programming.
• A walking and running track.
• Early childhood education space.
• Community meeting and event space, and programming for youth, adults, and seniors.
